1. Binding Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing any part of the ConvertGo platform ("the Service"), including all web-based image processing tools, APIs, and informational content, you ("the User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Service is provided by the ConvertGo development team and is subject to change without prior notice. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must cease all activity immediately.
2. Permissible Use & Fair Conduct
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, professional, and commercial image processing—including optimizing **Core Web Vitals** and **E-commerce assets**—provided that such use adheres to the following conduct standards:
Technical Integrity
You shall not attempt to circumvent any technical protections, implement automated scraping scripts (excluding documented API usage), or perform actions that degrade the performance of the Service for other users.
Content Legality
Users are prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or contains malicious payloads (viruses, malware) designed to compromise our infrastructure.
3. Asset Ownership & IP Sovereignty
Your Content: At no point does ConvertGo claim ownership of the image files you upload. You retain all intellectual property rights and copyrights associated with your original assets. By using our tools, you grant us a temporary, non-permanent license to process the data solely for the purpose of executing the requested transformation.
Platform IP: The application UI, proprietary processing logic, trademarks, brand motifs, and design tokens of ConvertGo are the exclusive property of the platform. Unauthorized reproduction of the platform's codebase or design for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
"To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConvertGo, its developers, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible assets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages."
10. Right of Modification & Termination
We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or modify access to any part of the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This action may be taken to protect the technical stability of our infrastructure, address security vulnerabilities, or respond to violations of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mumbai, India, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. We post updates here and refresh the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
